SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipped directly to you
All artwork or prints are carefully packaged in acid free archival safe bags and shipped flat in a cardboard photo print mailer with corrugated cardboard pads for extra reinforcement.
Framed items are packaged in reinforced boxes specifically designed to ship framed art.
All prints are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx home delivery. Items shipped domestically typically take 5-7 business days to arrive (for larger items allow 7 business days). Items shipped internationally take longer depending on their destination (please send me a message for your specific country shipping estimates). You will receive a shipping notification and the tracking number for your package via email.
International shipping outside USA is not free and will be charged separately, please contact me at email@example.com for more information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
For your peace of mind I offer a seven day cooling off period. I want each collector who buys a piece of my art to be completely satisfied with their investment. Once you have received the work you have seven days to live with it to make sure it is the piece for you.
If the artwork has been damaged during shipping, please keep all packaging and refer to my full returns policy below for further details. If you experience any problems regarding your order please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will be happy to assist you.

Original Artwork Return Policy
Please unpack your art piece carefully and retain all of the packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.
From the time you receive your original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund minus the cost of shipping.
Please make sure that all returned artwork must be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with me that you have decided to return the artwork.
Please do not ship the artwork before contacting me.
If you do not notify me of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying me, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
How to Return an Original, Undamaged Art Work
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your artwork delivery arrival, please contact me by email at email@example.com to give me your order information and the reason for wanting to return the artwork.
Step 2 – Please repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, it is your responsibility to purchase packaging materials to send the artwork back. Please contact me if you need advice on how to package the artwork
Step 3 – Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to complete the return process.
Once the piece safely reaches the artist, Christina Wedberg Studio will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any). Please note that damaged art work caused by improper packaging will NOT be refunded.

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email me at email@example.com to give me your order information and the circumstances of the damaged artwork.
Step 2 - If possible, please save the original packaging.
Step 3 - Please take photos of the damaged artwork and packaging and email the photos to firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 4 - Christina Wedberg Studio will contact you to discuss the situation and next steps.
